Policies

Because Hopson Flats is an apartment, you won’t experience the same curfew and visitation restrictions you would with dorm living. These spaces were designed for you and your independence. Yet it’s still important for student residents to respect each other and the building.

Before moving in, you’ll be asked to review the Hopson Flats Policies (66kb PDF) and agree to abide by them by providing management with a signed copy. Additional copies of the policies handbook will be available at the office.
