Graduate Suites

We’ve set aside the second floor of Hopson Flats to provide graduate students with their own unique living experience. You’ll enjoy added privacy and extended quiet hours.

Suites are configured in two ways: 2-bedroom/2-office with separate bathrooms, to accommodate two students*; 1-bedroom/1-office with a single bathroom. Both set-ups include one parking space per student and, of course, all of the other great amenities.
