Come down to Hopson Flats this Thursday, April 12th and get a sneak peek at these exciting student apartments in downtown Grand Rapids—and nab a special rate on your rent.
We’re hosting a Pre-Grand Opening Party from 7 to 10 p.m. in our historic building at 212 Grandville Ave. SW to show off our modern loft-style apartments and share the experience of living downtown, with amenities like free high-speed Internet and cable TV, optional in-unit Ethernet, convenient parking, a fitness center and more.
Tour the model unit and check out the study room and game room. Then groove to live music by Lukas D, dine on complimentary food and drinks from Bobby J’s Downtown, and find out the winner of the Nintendo Wii. (If you participated in our online survey, you have a 1 in 200 chance to win! You must be present to win.) The parking is free —and so is the fun!
A photographer will snap photos of guests as they arrive and you’ll be able to check out the pics on our website after the event. So tell your friends and bring them along.
